Hello, I am Mariana Harpreet
I was born and raised in the vibrant Mexico City. From an early age, I felt curiosity about the inner world: the mind, the body, and the spirit. That search led me to a deep process of self-discovery and to train as a Gestalt and Systemic psychotherapist, as well as in meditation and bodywork.
I am the mother of three teenagers, my greatest school. In that motherly energy, I learned to look at life with playfulness, laughter, presence, unconditional love, and creativity.
I also went through personal challenges that showed me something essential: pain can be transformed into health, calm, and meaning.
That is why I created Awaken Woman: a community where the emotional, bodily, and spiritual aspects are integrated with clear guidance.
My way of accompanying is compassionate and practical: less theory and more tools to help you sleep better, set boundaries, regain energy, and make decisions with serenity.

DO I NEED PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE?
Not at all. You will find guided proposals and simple paths to start from day one.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO DEDICATE?
With 10–15 minutes a day, you will already notice changes. If you want more, there will be material to go deeper.
WHAT IF I CAN'T ATTEND THE LIVE CLASS?
The membership is designed so you can maintain your practice with the library and monthly challenges; this way, you continue progressing even if you don’t connect that day.

That’s why there are monthly challenges and a therapeutic meeting each month: small goals and a support network that help you sustain the process.
