I was born and raised in the vibrant heart of Mexico City.

From an early age, I felt a deep calling to explore the mind, body, and spirit. That inner curiosity—along with my own personal story—led me on a transformative journey of self-discovery and healing.

I’m the mother of three teenagers, the greatest gift life has given me. Through motherhood, I’ve learned to embrace life with playfulness, laughter, unconditional love, presence, and boundless creativity.

Overcoming my own challenges and realizing that any pain can be transformed into joy and vitality has ignited my passion for wellness and consciousness.

Today, I’m devoted to guiding others on their own path to healing—supporting them in building a more balanced, joyful, and fulfilling life.
